Innovative Collaboration Between Executive Search Firm and Nonprofit to Empower Future Leaders enters its third year
The prestigious Sprott Tournament of Champions Presented by Crowd Street (ToC) is proud to host the third annual Options Group (OG) Squash & Learn program on Wednesday, Jan. 29 from 1–3 pm. Held at the iconic Squash Engine Court in Grand Central Terminal’s Vanderbilt Hall, this collaborative initiative brings together the energy of squash with the power of mentorship, to offer a program designed to inspire and empower the next generation of leaders.
Options Group (OG) Squash & Learn is collaborative initiative between Options Group (OG), the Squash and Education Alliance (SEA) and the Sprott Tournament of Champions, Presented by Crowd Street (ToC). Hosted on the iconic Squash Engine Court in Grand Central Terminal, the impactful event pairs SEA graduates with Options Group executives for valuable one-on-one mentorship and career development sessions that build meaningful connections and inspire pathways for future success. To foster connections and build teamwork, mentees and mentors also engage in Squash games, exchanging tips and sharing experiences on the court. This program exemplifies Options Group, SEA, and TOC dedication to empowering future leaders and supporting community development both on and off the court.
Building on the success of the program’s previous two years Options Group Squash & Learn pairs eight executives from Options Group, a leading global executive search firm and ToC Silver Sponsor, with eight standout alumni (ages 19–26) from the Squash Education Alliance (SEA) for a mentorship and career development session. SEA is a global nonprofit network supporting 2,500 students with programs focusing on squash, academics, mentoring, and professional growth.

The Wednesday, Jan. 28 event promises an interactive experience–as SEA graduates will share their squash tips and coach Options Group executives on the game, while Options Group executives will provide guidance on career strategies, networking, and industry specific networking.

The Options Group mentors represent a diverse array of industries, from finance and technology to data science and asset management. With deep experience in their respective fields, mentors bring a wealth of knowledge about global recruitment and hiring trends in areas including capital markets, corporate finance, quantitative and data science, electronic trading, competitive intelligence, and asset-backed investment and guidance to mentorship sessions. Together, these mentors exemplify Options Group’s commitment to fostering meaningful career development and leadership growth.
The 2026 OG Squash & Learn mentees come with career goals, including cybersecurity, IT, finance, tax accounting, and entrepreneurship. They seek mentorship to develop technical skills, build professional networks, and explore career paths.
The Options Group Squash & Learn program is a part of the 28th edition of the Sprott Tournament of Champions presented by, held at Grand Central Terminal from January 22–29, 2026.
Options Group is also proud to present the 2026 ToC men’s and women’s semifinals on the evening of Wednesday, January 28, as part of its ongoing commitment to the tournament and the broader squash community.
