ToC COVID-19 Policy (with youth update below)
We are continuing to closely monitor developments around COVID-19 and are following guidelines provided by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), the NYC Department of Education, and the City of New York.
At Squash Engine, we are committed to providing and maintaining a gathering place that is free of known hazards. In order to safeguard the health of our entire community, we are requiring proof of Covid-19 vaccinations for all employees and audiences moving forward.
Our audience policy requires complete Covid-19 vaccinations before the date of attendance, which is defined as fourteen days following a final dose of the Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Moderna, or Astra-Zeneca vaccine. We will accept proof at Grand Central Terminal via the Excelsior Pass, the NYC Covid Safe Pass for Android and iOS, a copy or photo of your CDC vaccination card, and/or a copy or photo of an official immunization record from outside the United States.
YOUTH UPDATE (NOVEMBER 30, 2021)
Admission policy for attendees under twelve years of age will follow CDC and NYC live event guidelines: Children 5 to 11 years old may provide proof of a negative test taken within the last 48 hours if they have not been vaccinated.
If ticket buyers are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of Covid-19, have been exposed to anyone with Covid-19 within 14 days of their visit, or been instructed to self-isolate within the last 10 days, we ask that they stay home and contact us as soon as possible to discuss options.
We recognize that public health guidelines may change in the coming months and ask that you bear with us as we make the necessary safety adjustments. We also ask that audiences do their part to protect themselves and others by reviewing and agreeing to the attendance protocols before attending the Tournament of Champions.
Thank you so much. We can’t wait to welcome you back to the Tournament of Champions.
